What’s the opportunity

We’re looking for a Back End Developer to help our renowned Artificial Intelligence client to develop a risk assessment platform for businesses to ensure their use of AI is ethical and compliant with forthcoming regulation in the European Union.

What you’ll do in this role

Solve customers’ marketing teams’ reporting problems with the adoption of Clarisights by consulting, training, and proactively building solutions for the various teams’ needs
Lead complex customer onboarding projects
Work with the product engineering team to prioritize, design, and deliver features. You will be the source of truth for the company on customer needs, pain points, and areas of improvement.
Help figure out our go-to-market strategy and also spend time on product marketing and customer development.

We’re looking for

You’re a builder.
You are an early member of the Customer Success function, so you’ll play a vital role in defining CS and scaling the company.
You are naturally inclined to lead.
You enjoy working with people and can effortlessly build rapport with various levels of external and internal stakeholders.
You are comfortable with data. Clarisights is a reporting tool for performance marketers, so it’s kind of a must.
