What happens if I lose or damage an aligner?

The first thing you should do is let us know via chat, Line or a phone call and we will advise you what to do. Usually, If you had a week or less to go with the aligner you lost, we would ask you to go on to the next one in your treatment plan, but wear it for the full two weeks of that step plus the number of days you had left with the aligner you lost. If you had more than a week to go with the aligner you lost, go back to the previous aligner and get in touch with us. We’ll need to make you a replacement aligner. The replacement fee for one aligner is THB 5,990.
