Chewies are a soft piece of silicone which helps to seat your aligner snugly on your teeth. We include Chewies with your aligners to help you get a tighter fit. Simply insert your aligners, put your Chewie between your teeth, and chew as if it were a piece of gum. Use your Chewies for 5-10 minutes at a time, 2–3 times per day.
